The day’s trials came like wind
Temptations like a tornado
Problems were like a whirlpool
Fear became as wide as an ocean
The journey like climbing a mountain
Deep inside i felt as hollow as a cave
Sufferings came in a blizzard
Emotions piled up like an ice berg

Friends disappeared like summer rain
Hope fell down like autumn leaves
My life froze up like snow
Pain burnt like the Sahara
A smile seemed as far as the horizon
You were there from the start
More than my best friend
Your hand kept and held me
My Father’s Love
A burner in the middle of the night
Everyday is Fathers’ Day
How i would love
To sing and dance with my Father
